How does it work?
Our members set up their own consulting practice inside the Park where they have access to corporate protection and group benefits.
As a member generates revenue, it flows to their Member Unit where the member has full control on how that gross revenue is allocated. Whether that revenue is distributed solely as W2 earnings or is split up between W2 earnings and pre-tax consulting related expenses (equipment, travel, meals, mobile phone, home office, etc.), pre-tax retirement funds or other self-directed investments.
